LC Arisman (she/her, they/them, any as long as they're used respectfully. <3) is a Senior Fitness Specialist who started life as a dancer. A graduate of UC Berkeley (Theatre, Dance, and Performance Studies), she performed in France, California, and New York before a neck injury rerouted her life. While she did get back onstage, she has found new purpose helping others find ways to honor their bodies through movement (whatever that may be) and reasonable lifestyle practices.
